Document Description
This No Effect Determination Request is for Addendum No. 6 to the previously approved 2nd Supplemental EIR (SEIR). This Addendum discusses only the addition of a permanent Ingress/Egress Easement (IEE) on a private property in the City of Milpitas to allow Chevron and MCI maintenance vehicles to access their utilities within the SVBX Project corridor. Addendum No. 6 discusses the following project elements to support the IEE: 1) removal of existing gate along the property lines between the SVBX Project corridor and the private property, 2) construction of a new pavement surface within the grassy area just east of the SVBX Project corridor and gate to be suitable for maintenance vehicle access to the SVBX Project corridor, and 3) removal of three trees and trimming of overhanging branches of additional trees to allow for clearance of maintenance vehicles to access the SVBX Project corridor.
