Document Description
Note: Addendum to a previously approved 03/03/2011 The design of the Project has progressed since the Final SEIR-2 was approved by the VTA Board of Directors in March 2011. The design modifications to the Project discussed in this Addendum include the clarification of the height of PG&E poles at two locations: near Railroad Court in the City of Milipitas and along Las Plumas Avenue and King Road in the City of San Jose. The Addendum also describes the removal of approximately 20 landscaping trees along King Road just south of Las Plumas Avenue. The 20 landscaping trees may need to be removed if they are in conflict with PG&E's General Order 95, which governs the height of trees located within close proximity to PG&E's high voltage facilities. The trees will be replaced at a 1:1 ratio either at the site or at the nearby Berryessa Station. The replacement location will be determined in coordination with VTA, the City of San Jose, and PG&E.
