Extend the BART rail system from its planned terminus at Warm Springs in Fremont along the former Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way through Milpitas to near Las Plumas Avenue in San Jose. The extension is 9.9 miles with stations in Milpitas and San Jose. As a Responsible Agency, BART considered the Final EIR, Supplemental EIR and 2nd Supplemental EIR as prepared by VTA for this project.
