The applicant is requesting a reduction to road and pathway improvements and grading amounts that were previously approved as part of the Montecito Ranch Vesting Tenative Map, VTM 5250. Modifications are propsed to the segements along Ash Street, Montecito Ranch Rd., Montecito Way, and Montecito Rd. and to the intersectionslocated on MontecitoRd./SR-67, Ash Street/SR-78 and Highland Valley Rd./SR-67. The project would also reduce private roads from an improved width of 36'nd 40' to 24'. There aer no changes proposes to the number of lots, amount of biological open space or amentitiesincluding te parks and trail network.
