Document Description
The applicant requests a Special Use Permit to use property for the following purposes: Develop a private campground complex including ablution facility, fire pit, and rock swimming pool. Replace existing 1,000 square foot cabin with a new owner's residence. Campground to be operated as a private, reservation only, wilderness retreat for hike-in guests. Camping area to be informal, with boundary defined by logs and/or signage and will contain approximately 10 picnic tables, a central fire pit (no individual fires will be permitted) and a unisex bathhouse/toilet ablution facility of approximately 400 square feet. Owner's residence to be a concrete dome construction of approximately 1100 square feet.
