Document Description
Note: Refer to MND received 12/02/13. The proposed project involves a reconfiguration of an approved athletic field on the Marymount College campus, and amendments to certain conditions of the approved (2010) conditional use permit. The proposed project involves a revision to the originally-approved grading plan to allow export of 19,225 cubic yards of earth material; the project was originally approved as an on-site balanced grading project. Other changes include synthetic rather than natural turf; deletion of four tennis courts from the approved plan in favor of a larger soccer field; two additional events allowed (for three total), with amplified sound; and expansion of an existing detention basin located southeast of the field just north of Palos Verdes Drive East in order to accommodate runoff from the proposed athletic field.
