Document Description
The Project consists of the modernization/expansion of existing buildings, the construction of new academic buildings, and the relocation/reconfiguration of recreational facilities and parking. Additionally, the College proposes a Bachelor of Arts Degree Program, in addition to their existing Associates of Arts Degree Program. No change to the College's existing student enrollment limit is proposed. The project involves demolition of approximately 18,022sf of existing floor area and the construction of 77,504sf of new FA. The proposed buildings/expansions would total of 151,704sf of FA, representing a new increase of 59,785sf over existing FA (92,268sf). The Project proposes 120 additional parking spaces for a total of 463 parking spaces.
