Document Description
The marrymount College Fcailities Expansion Project consists of the modernization/expansion of existing buildings, the construction of new academic and student housing buildings, and the relocation/reconfiguration of recreational facilities and parking. No change to the College's existing academic operation/student enrollment limit is proposed. The Project involves demolition of approximately 18,022 square feet (SF) of existing floor area (FA) and the construction of 136,008 SF of new FA (including 114,916 SF expansion to existing buildings). The proposed buildings/expansions would total 210,254 SF of FA, representing a net increase of 117,986 SF over existing FA (92,268 SF). The Project proposes a net increase of 120 parking spaces for a total of 463 parking spaces.
