Document Description
The proposal involves renovation to the Marymount College Campus consisting of the modernization/expansion of existing buildings, the construction of new academic and student housing buildings, and the relocation/reconfiguration of recreational facilities and parking. No change to the College's existing academic operation/student enrollment limit is proposed. The project involves demolition of approximately 13,742 square feet (sf) of existing floor area (FA) and the construction of 143,210 SF of new FA (including a 9,060-SF expansion to existing buildings). The proposed buildings/expansions would total of 221,736 SF of FA, representing a net increase of 129,468 SF over existing FA (92,268 SF). The project proposes a net increase of 97 spaces.
