Single Family Residence/A-1/Low Density Residential
An application for a CUP to store water filtration equipment and roll-off boxes on site. Water collected from the storm drain catch basin would be delivered to the site and pumped into these bins to be filtered. The filtered water then is discharged into the flood control system. The sediments caught in the filter and the used filters would be delivered to contracted landfills. A Zone Change is also proposed from A-1 to M-2-DP-BE.
