Renovate an approximately 63 acre mall site into an open-air retail, dining, and entertainment complex. The project inlcudes partial demolition, facade remodel, renovation, and new construction of regional commercial uses. At project completion the mall will total 982,828 square feet which is approximately 39,803 square feet less than the existing mall.
