The Blythe Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") has prepared a Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed Amendment No. 4 (the "Amendment") to the Redevelopment Plan (the "Plan") for the Blythe Redevelopment Project No. 1, as previously amended by Amendments No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 (the "Original Project"). The Agency is proposing to add territory (the "Added Territory") to the Original Project by the Amendment for the purpose of enabling the effective redevelopment of an approximately 347-acre area within the City of Blythe (the "City") and the unincorporated County of Riverside (the "County").
