The applicant is requesting a coastal development permit to renovate an existing commercial nursery. The renovation is to include the addition of approximately 3,000 square feet of indoor sales area, approximately 16,000 of propagation area, approximatley 17,000 square feet of landscaped area, and approximately 1,200 square feet of storage that will disturb an approximatley 2.4 acre area on an approximate 4.6 acre parcel. The project site is within the Residential Suburban land use category and is located at 2801 Eton Road, at the northeast corner of Eton Road and Burton Drive, in the community of Cambria.
