City Council approval of the Removal Action Workplan and City Council approval (LDR No. 41-0611) to remove three feet of burn ash-containing soil on 14 residential properties located at 2913-2919, 2933, 2953, 2959, 2963, 2967, 3005, 3009, 3015, 3090 38th Street, 2968, 3006, 3010, 3018 39th Street, and a portion of the City right-of-way known as 38th Street south of Quince Street and an alley north of Quince Street, as well as a portion of Quince Street at that location. The proposed project would also include the placement of building restrictive easements on specified properties and the possible acquisition of some properties. Properties with building restrictive easements would include: 2913-2919, 2933, 2953, 2959, 2963, 2967, 3005, 3009, 3015,3021, and 3090 38th Street and 2948, 2952, 2960, 2968, 3006, 3010, 3018, and 3036 39th Street. The proposed project would also include the possible acquisition from willing sellers of the following properties: 2913-2919, 2933, 2953, 2959, 2963, 2967, 3005, 3009, and 3015 38th Street, and 2968, 3006, 3010, 3018 39th Street.
