Document Description
The proposed demolition of existing college facilities and the construction of a multi-story use building in the same location, the installation of additional parking spaces in phases, the detention of Specific Plan no. 301, and the inclusion of the existing Master Plan approved by CUP No. 1985 into a new specific plan. The project addendum indicates there are no new significant impacts or substantial increases in the severity of any previously identified significant impacts that would result from project changes.
