Document Description
The project involves the fourth and fifth amendments to the Santee Community Redevelopment Plan. The fourth amendment would delete approximately 616-acres from the existing redevelopment project area. The fifth amendment would re-add these areas to the City's redevelopment area, add an approximately 504-acre new area to the redevelopment area and amend the plans financial limits.
