The proposed Project consists of approximately 10,000 square feet and will offer print books as well as books, magazines, and other reading material via a state-of-the-art computer system. The balance of the building (20,000 sf), will be dedicated to environmental studies and hands-on programs of water, soil and air experiments. Funding of the Project will be a grant from EPA and a grant from the State of California, Library Bond Act of 2000.
