The applicant has proposed to expand their operations of a waste transfer station and recycling facility, specifically to increase throughout from the currently permitted 500 tons per day to 1,250 tons per day. The site plans for the proposed operation indicates the site is adequate in size, shape, topography, including drainage and landscaping.
