The proposed project is for the BP Carson Refinery Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit No Reduction Project, which will help the refinery comply with its future-year nitrogen oxides emission allocations under the Regional Clean Air Incentives Market (Reclaim, SCAQMD Regulation XX) program. The Project includes a selective catalytic reduction air pollution control system and aquous ammonia storage and tansfer equipment.
