A processing plant that processes organic materials which are converted into compost fertilizer for agricultural uses. The project consists of 8 storage tanks on a concrete pad, 3 storage buildings and grading (590 cubic yards). The project site is located approximately 2 miles east of the City of Gonzales in south Monterey County.
