Document Description
Updates to the 2002 Pierce College Master Plan were made in 2010. The Master Plan Update includes 3 new buildings (Digital Arts and Media, Library Learning Crossroads, and Expanded Automotive and New Technical Education Facilities Buildings), modifications to 3 new buildins approved of in the 2002 Master Plan (Green Tech, Maintenance and Operations Facility, and Horticulture/Animal Science Buildings), one new demolition (Library), new renovations to existing spaces (stadium area and infrastructure and central plant extensions), and cancelled projects (Life sciences and Natural Resources Management, Water Reclamation Facility, Science Partnership Building, Horticulture Partnership, Viticulture Partnership, Student and Senior Housings) that were approved in the 2002 Master Plan. The Master Plan Update projects a student enrollment of 15,500 full-time equivalent students in 2015.
