Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 6-2001-223) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, RAFCO. The applicant proposes to discharge fill into approximately 0.01 acre of "Waters of the U.S." for the construction of a pipe culvert and road crossing over a channel that runs in a generally eastwest direction through the approximate center of the property. Additionally, approximately 0.10 acre of "Waters of the U.S." will be temporarily impacted during construction. The project is located in the City of Murrieta in Riverside County.
