Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-564 Pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Nevada County Irrigation District. The project consists of replacing 3,100 feet of 6" and 8" pipe. The existing alignment will be used except for several new alignments. The pipeline will cross under Critter Creek.
