Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA #R5-2001-0386) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Drew Peterson. The applicant proposes to improve an existing stream crossing that will serve a new single family residence. The crossing improvements consist of the replacement of the existing crossing with an Arizona-style dip crossing. Native habitats onsite include coastal sage scrub and sycamore riparian woodland. The project is located on a private road that junctions at the southern terminus of Toothrock Road in the City of Poway, San Diego County.
