Document Description
The Operator proposes to replace a rotting wooden driveway bridge leading to a single residence. The existing failing bridge will be removed, and steel piers will be used as supports for the new bridge. The placement of the new bridge will be executed using a crane so that no heavy equipment will be operated within the stream channel. The piles for the bridge supports will be driven into the top of the bank and will also be outside of the active stream channel.
