Replace the two existing restrooms behind the Jack Douglass Saloon at Columbia State Historic Park with new, ADA-compliance facilities to protect public health and improve accessibity for park visitors. A hard-surface, ADA-accessible walkway will also be installed from the Saloon boardwalk on Fulton Street to the new facilities.
Project consists of replacement of existing structures and facilities on the same site, retaining substantially the same purpose and capacity.
