Document Description
The operator proposes to develop an eight acre parcel in a valley west of Mt. Diablo State Park and in the northeast portion of Round Hill County Club at 195 Chanticleer Lane in Alamo, Contra Costa County. As part of the construction of one home, the operator will complete the installation of an arch culvert bridge crossing an unnamed tributary to Miranda Creek. Concrete abutments are already in place. The metal arch will be bolted in place and concrete endwalls will be poured. In addition, approximately 70 feet downstream of the arch culvert, 60 to 70 feet of the creek will be regraded to lessen the bank slopes to 3:1. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-1224 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
