Applicant, David Shimmon, proposes to stabilize approximately 475 feet of the banks of Dowdall Creek by recontouring, placing rock rip-rap, and planting native vegetation as part of a biotechnical restoration project. In addition, an existing bridge and an existing box culvert will be replaced with bottomless arch culverts. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement number R3-2001-0662 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
