Document Description
PEF is a nominally-rated 750MW combined-cycle natural gas power plant currently under construction and scheduled for commercial operation in early 2003. The proposed project change is to allow a minor modification to the anhydrous ammonia storage tanks from three 12,000 gallon tanks to two 24,000 gallon tanks to improve facility operation and safety by reducing the number of anhydrous ammonia shipments, delivery handling time, and potential leaks.
