This project is considered ministerial in nature by the County of Ventura which would be the Lead Agency for this project were it discretionary. The impacts resulting from this project will not cause a significant impact to fish and wildlife resources. They are not only temporary, but inlcude measure to improve the surrounding habitat by the removal of non-native trees and shrubs.
