Lease approximately 55,450 square feet of administrative office space in an existing unoccupied office building. The office space is necessary to provide swing space during the construction phase of a new District Office (staff are currently located on the construction site). The building would house approximately 251 staff. The approximate number of visitors/clients seen weekly is 200. An estimated amount of 231 parking spaces are available and public transit is available within 1/4 mile of the site.
