Document Description
The project includes removing four (existing) inmate modular dormitory units and constructing three new (larger) permanent units to replace them. The project site is located on the grounds of an existing operating prison. The new units will be modified and improved versions of the existing Arnold Units that are 3,400 square feet and configured to house 36 inmates.

The area in which the project is located is within the secured perimeter of an existing prison and the project consists of replacing four existing facilities with three new structures located on the same site. The new structures will have the same purpose and capacity as the structure being replaced. This project will not increase inmate/staff population or cause any impacts to the environment.
