Document Description
The RAW specifies cleanup procedures for the proposed Huntington Park New Elementary School #3 (Site) for removal and off-site disposal of arsenic contaminated soils. Approximately 4,200 cubic yards of contaminated soil will be excavated from the Site. Confirmation samples will be collected to verify that the specified cleanup goal of 8.2 mg/kg arsenic has been achieved . This level, based on a human health screening, has been reviewed by a Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) toxicologist.

The Site is not on the Hazardous Waste and Substances Sites List or in a sensitive cultural or biological resource area.
