Petition for Change to conform this permit to how wateris actually being used. The Petition seeks to add an existing well, known as the "Agricultural Well," that diverts water from Putah Creek underflow as an additional point of diversion. The agricultural Well will be used to meet the supplemental instream flow requirement of the permit, and will not be used to provide water for additional consumptive uses.

This project has no effects beyond those previously analyzed for the original project. The addition of potable water service at the sewage treatment plant is a deminimis new use. The addition of the Agricultural Well to the permit will not result in an increase in the approved diversion rate or annual use under the permit.
