Document Description
Replacement of existing plant services shops and warehouses located in quonset huts and barracks salvaged from an army post closed in 1945. These structures are neither seismically sound nor in compliance with current building codes. They are so deteriorated due to age and use that modernization exceeds replacement value. The facilities are not conveniently located for their designated use. It is desirable to move them out of the campus high-population area.
