Document Description
The operator proposes to construct a package gas filling and support center on 3.5 acres located behind 1900 Loveridge Road in Pittsburg, Contra Costa County. As part of the development, two unnamed tributaries to Kirker Creek will be impacted (Creek A and Creek B). Creek A flows from south to north along the western boundary and Creek B flows east to west through the middle of the property. CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0126 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Mark Lange/Praxair Distribution, Inc.
