Change the land use designation from Open space to Medium Density Residential 6.5-10 dwelling units per acre. The designation would allow the site to be developed with 124 to 191 residential units. The DEIR examines the entire 19.1 acre parcel and the San Francisco Public Utility Commission Hetch Hetchy parcel that separates the project site from Paseo Padra Parkway.
