Document Description
Coastal Development Permit to allow a reduction of the SMA to be coincident with the tow of fill, not to exceed 5 feet from the stream transition line, in order to bring into compliance the placement of 700+/- cubic yards of fill within a Streamside Management Area, proposed removal of approximately 200 to 250+/- cubic yards, and the development of a 160 square foot storage shed on APN 302-091-10. The fill material was placed and the storage shed was developed prior to securing required permits. The 4.5 acre parcel is developed with an approximately 1,760 square foot single family residence and carport, a 1,564 square foot barn, a workshop, a smokehouse, and a shed. The parcel is served by community water and on-site sewage disposal.
