Document Description
Each parcel will be subject to a separate development review. For purposes of the environmental review both projects will be analyzed in one document. Edgewater Technology Park will consist of two buildings of two stories each. Total proposed enclosed space is 545,312 square feet (284,374 square feet in Building 1,260,938 square feet in Building 2). A landscaped parking lot will provide 1,900 parking spaces (335 compact). Construction work will involve grading upland areas and smaller isolated seasonal wetlands to lower the site to appropriate elevations for sustaining tidal marsh and seasonal wetland habitat.
