CDFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-385 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Delta Gas Gathering Inc. Constructing a 6" natural gas pipeline via horizontal directional drilling a minimum of 50' beneath the river channel. The agreement pertains only to the portion of the work that could affect the San Joaquin River.
