Document Description
The proposed project involves installation of a 3.7 mile-long 6" diameter, welded-steel natural gas pipeline from the southern part of Rindge Tract, in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta in San Joaquin County, to the Speckman 1-4 gas well on Roberts Island, operated by OXY Resources California, LLC. The proposed pipeline will be directionally drilled under the San Joaquin/Deep Water Channel.
