Renovation of the existing Stafford Water Treatment Plant to meet the new interim enhanced surface water treatment and disinfection by-product regulations: the project involves upgrades to the existing water treatment plant including a new treatment plant building, two backwash wastewater recovery ponds, solids drying beds, a pipeline bridge across Novato Creek and a buried 330,000 gallon finished water clearwell.
