The acreage is presently undeveloped. The area for the football/soccer field is designated on the Rocklin General Plan and Zoning maps as Medium Density Residential (MDR) and Planned Development-Residential (PD-R), respectively. The area for the two softball fields is designated as Public-Quasi-Public (PQP) on the Rocklin General Plan Land Use Map and as Open Area (OA) on the City's Zoning Map.

Document Description
The Rocklin Unified School District proposes to construct and operate a football/soccer field and track in Johnson-Springview Park as well as two softball fields adjacent to the park at Spring View Middle School in the City of Rocklin. In addition, a restroom and storage building may be constructed near the softball fields at a future time. The proposed project is designed to address the needs of Spring View Middle School students and community residents. Construction is proposed to commence in March/April 2002 and be completed by August 2002.
