Document Description
The Shiloh Road Village Plan is a conceptual plan for development of the Shiloh Road corridor in southeast Windsor. The project area contains parcels within the Town limits, and the Sphere of Influence. The Plan lays out traditional neighhood elements collimating in a pedestrian friendly village atmosphere. It includes uses, ranging from residential, commercial, office to at school site and parklands are linked via pedestrian/bike paths.
