Document Description
The 103 acre parcel of land owned by the Humphrey family, located at 2900 Stone Valley Road in Alamo, has been under a Williamson Act contract with Contra Costa County since 1976. The Humphrey family is proposing to bring approximately 25 acres out of the contract for the purpose of allowing residential development. California Government Code section 51282(e) of the Williamson Act requires that a landowner's petition for cancellation of contract be accompanied by a proposal for specified alternative use of the land.
