Water Reservoir 300A will be located in the Windemere development, a part of the Dougherty Valley Specific Plan area in Contra Costa County, CA. The reservoir will be constructed approximately 3,000 feet east and 2,000 feet north of the intersection of the future Bollinger Canyon Road alignment and A Street. The project, nature, purpose, and beneficiaries are described as follows: The Dublin San Ramon Serviced District proposes to construct a 2.3 million gallon pressure zone 3 potable water reservoir and an approximately 0.5 mile long service road to the reservoir site. The project will provide pressure zone 3 potable water service to serve planned and approved residential development in the Dougherty Valley Specific Plan area.
