Document Description
The project will consist of the design and construction of approximately six miles of new pipeline; a connection to existing pipeline; connections from the new pipeline to agricultural and recharge facilities along its alignment, and at the pipelines terminus at an existing water treatment plant storage and recharge pond; other miscellaneous appurtenances required of the project; and the acquisition of approximately 8,900 feet of thirty-foot easements from private property owners for pipeline installation. The pipeline will be designed to receive 100 cubic feet per second of flow from the existing SEWD pipeline, which runs from the Lower Farmington Canal and terminates east of Mormon Slough. This flow will be provided to agricultural land along the pipeline route and to SEWD existing Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The completion date is anticipated to be November 30, 2002.
