Document Description
Construction of a two-story building addition to the existing Fleming Hill Water Treatment Plant Administration Building. The project adds a total of 6,974 square feet of additional office and maintenance shop space. Work includes selective demolition of existing site and building improvements and remodel of a 2,732 square feet portion of the existing building and site. The Project provides a permanent office space for the Water Administration and Engineering Division, which have been housed in temporary facilities on site since Fall 1999.
