Document Description
An initial study that assessed the potential environmental impacts of the proposed Old Town Lompoc Redevelopment Project, Amendment No. 2 (the "Plan" or the "Project") was distributed for public review on January 30, 2002. This initial study is amended herein and will be recirculated to address the inclusion of a 9.57-acre parcel of land in the Amendment Area. This added parcel bisects the originally proposed Amendment Area and contains the abandoned Grefco processing plant.
