The project involves the adoption of a Redevelopment Plan for the Old Town Lompoc Redevelopment Project, Amendment No. 2. Providing the various public improvements identified in the amended Redevelopment Plan and the General Plan. Providing for a general program of redevelopment assistance for new and existing businesses. Providing a general program for housing, particularly for low-and moderate-income residents.
